They did an excellent job. They were so efficient and Mr. Cross came almost every day to make sure all work was appropriate. They did a great clean up each day and they worked so h****** the roof. I was overly pleased and would highly recommend their company to everyone. The reason I chose to get my roof done by Cross Roofing is because of Angie's List and their BBB rating. I always check both, after a bad experience with a well rated vendor on Angie's List.

Fair estimate with use of quality materials and timely work. I had many questions for Mr. K. Cross and he was very patient with me, answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The new roof installation looks fantastic and the clean up was great. There was a minor installation issue with chimney flashing that was immediately resolved. I would not hesitate at all in recommending Cross Roofing and Construction, Inc. if you are in the market for a new roof. Mr. K. Cross and his wife Brenda were polite and professional as was their crew. Happy customer!

I had leaky 3 year old roof that some out of town roof company did before i bought the property. Ken Cross with Cross roofing was the only one that could get my leak fixed after having two other roofers attempt prior. He has done other projects for me on other properties as well, always with good results!

I requested a quote and Cross Roofing responded quickly even though 70,000 houses were affected by a torrential hail storm. I am so glad I followed up with them when I didn't understand why the quote seemed so high.
They came to my property and immediately sorted the confusion as I am in a duplex arrangement and the other owner had continued her roof repair and left me behind. So their satellite was for both owners instead of one.
Ken came on site and understood the situation and his wife Brenda sent me a revised quote that was fair and affordable to me.
They installed my roof and tied it in with the existing roof flawlessly. They were responsive throughout and delivered in a reasonable timely manner for roofing and gutters and all materials were quality materials. Other roofers I engaged for quotes always contained a "gotcha" that never resulted in a firm quote. And they were challenged by the "tie in" of the other roof. "They would other wise tell me how cool they were and I would like them a lot!" So I was talking to a lot of roofers. I trust this company and they always say what they mean and mean what they say. I wholeheartedly recommend Cross Roofing and Construction!!!!!!!
